Transfer to Monash requirements: Academic requirements

Applicants must obtain an overall average of 65% (or equivalent) in the first two years at Mahindra University, with no previous fails in any individual subject across the first four semesters.

English language requirements

Students must meet Monash University English language requirements of an overall IELTS score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 (or equivalent).

The 2026 annual tuition fee for Monash's Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) is A$59,600. Tuition fees may change in future years, so students should always check the latest official fee information before applying.

2027 Study Grant

Eligible Mahindra University–Monash dual degree transfer students will be automatically assessed for an International Study Grant of A$10,000 per year for up to two years.
