Summer Semester 2026 - 2027 Timetable
All of the undergraduate Summer law units are running in face-to-face mode as workshops on-campus are not eligible for online.
The Faculty of Law is offering a number of units during the summer period 2026 - 2027 for additional information visit the summer and winter semester website.
How to enrol
To enrol in law summer units, please add units via the Web Enrolment System (WES). For application based units please apply via the relevant link in the 'Last date to enrol in unit' column below.
If nothing appears in WES when you search for a unit code, the unit is likely full or application based. There are no waitlists for Summer law units (excluding application based units), so please check WES regularly for spaces that may become available before the last date to enrol.
Please note if you do not receive a transaction number from WES (starting with a U) then you have not been enrolled correctly. For application based units, Law Student Services will enrol successful applicants with confirmation via email.
Students may enrol into a maximum of two units (6 credit points each) over summer A and Summer B teaching periods and as long as teaching dates do not clash in any way. Summer electives are taught intensively in a workshop format that is not recorded. Timetable clashes are not grounds for special consideration or having access to lecture recordings.
We strongly recommend taking no more than 2 units (6 credit points each) maximum over the whole summer teaching periods to give yourself the best possible chance of academic success. Over enrolment in 3 or more units over the summer period may result in you being discontinued from them without notice.
If you require help please submit an Ask Monash request.
Fees
All Faculty of Law summer units are CSP or Full-fee as per student's current fee status.
