Please note that this letter can only be issued to students with current Monash enrolment. If you've completed your degree, then you can look into obtaining a Proof of Qualification letter and/or Academic Transcript via WES or order one with Monash Connect's virtual assistant.
Additionally, VLAB requires that Concurrent Study Applications can only be received from those who have completed all of their Priestley 11 subjects and have no more than two subjects remaining.

To support your interstate application for admission in another Australian state, students can request to obtain a Dean's Certificate confirming the completion of the following compulsory 'Priestley 11' subjects at Monash University:
Administrative Law, Civil Dispute Resolution, Company Law, Contracts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Equity (including Trusts), Evidence, Federal and State Constitutional law, Property and Torts
To support the Application for Admission to Practice as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law in the State of New York, students can request the Faculty of Law to sign and upload the Law School Certificate on their behalf to the Appellate Division Department.

Law Student Services will send your form to the designated authorities in New York via our official faculty email address to support swift processing of your application.
If you require your Transcript and/ or Proof of Qualification Letter (standard letter) to be posted to New York in a sealed and stamped envelope by the Faculty of Law, you can submit your request directly to Monash Connect via ask.monash. Please visit our miscellaneous fees page for further information on our transcript and standard student letter prices.

To support your admission to the Singapore Bar, the faculty can provide a Ranking Certificate confirming course conferral and ranking position with the graduating cohort or a Manual letter comparing the compulsory, quasi compulsory and elective subjects for the LLB / JD.

To support your Centrelink benefits, the faculty can provide a supporting letter confirming your study load for the academic year. If you require a letter for Exchange purposes, please contact Monash Abroad directly.
Class rankings for LLB (Honours) and Juris Doctor cohorts will be calculated in April each year for students who completed their degree in the year previous. Please note that students who complete with Summer B results each year will need to wait until the following year.
You may request a faculty letter that details your law-only subjects and WAM, similar to an unofficial transcript, this could be useful for clerkship applications.
