The Analogue International Criminal Law in a Digital World of Warfare; A Deficient Relationship
Why is your research important?
Due the rapidly evolving security architecture, international law must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and act as a gap-filler whenever needed. At the same time, the normative framework of international law is rightfully branded by some as obsolete with respect to emerging technologies of military significance. My thesis seeks to identify this "obsoleteness" and offer appropriate remedies.
