Student Leadership Summit
What is the Summit?
A 5-day residential retreat for undergraduate students (aged 18–23) from across Victoria, bringing together 30 emerging leaders from universities across the state. Co-designed with students, the Retreat equips you to learn the micro-skills of constructive dialogue, practise facilitated conversations across difference, and return to campus with the tools to create psychologically safe spaces for genuine debate—facilitating difficult conversations with care and clarity.
