Inclusive Leadership
Overview
Establishing inclusion as a cultural norm is critical to unlocking the many social and business performance benefits or diversity. The driver of these performance benefits is the enhanced intellectual capital that diverse people bring to an organisation that embraces an inclusive culture and places a premium on the value of differences.
Three skill sets are critically important to unlocking the full capability of a diverse workforce: unconscious bias awareness, inclusive leadership practice, and intellectual flexibility.
Note: This training is run by the Monash Leadership and Talent Development teams, not by the Monash Education Academy. Sessions are held on request for special cohorts.
