What to expect
The Prato Leadership in Implementation for Healthcare Systems courses are an immersive learning experience designed for researchers, clinicians, health service leaders and policymakers seeking to accelerate the translation of evidence into practice.

Program 1
Implementation Science Masterclass
Sunday 30 May – Tuesday 1 June 2027
An intensive three-day Masterclass combining implementation science foundations with practical tools, real-world case studies and collaborative learning. Participants will develop the knowledge and confidence to plan, implement and evaluate sustainable change in healthcare.
Program fees
- Medical professionals: $2,980 AUD
- Other health professionals: $1,997 AUD
- Students**: $1,192 AUD
*MCHRI Alumni discount 10%- available to people who have completed other MCHRI courses including Women in Leadership program

Program 2
Implementation Masterclass + Leading Complex Change
Wednesday 2 June – Saturday 5 June 2027
Build on the Implementation Masterclass with an immersive program focused on leading complex systems change. Participants will explore adaptive leadership, implementation in complex environments and practical approaches for translating evidence into sustained organisational impact.

Optional add-on
12-Month Implementation Mentoring Program and Digital Toolkit
Continue your learning beyond the Masterclass through tailored mentoring, practical application and ongoing support from experienced implementation leaders. The program is designed to help you apply implementation science to a real project within your organisation.
The mentoring program includes:
- Pre-program online learning modules, videos, readings and resources
- A pre-program meeting with an experienced facilitator
- Six one-hour online mentoring sessions
- Two full-day workshops at the midpoint and conclusion of the program
- 12 months of access to the MCHRI Implementation Digital Toolkit
