Our Implementation and Healthcare Improvement Masterclass is delivered by expert facilitators from the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation, with experience in implementation science, learning health systems, healthcare improvement, research translation and evaluation.

Professor Helena Teede

Professor Helena Teede is a clinician and academic. She is an endocrinologist who is strongly committed to leading and driving evidence into practice to ensure improved health outcomes. She is the Director of the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation (MCHRI), Monash University.

Dr Nicole Pope

Dr Nicole Pope

Dr Nicole Pope is an experienced researcher and accredited implementation support practitioner with expertise in child and family health, caregiver engagement and digital health innovation. She has led and contributed to national and international studies and is passionate about making systems more responsive, equitable and prevention-oriented. She also lectures in implementation science and supports training programs across MCHRI.

Joanne Cunningham

Joanne Cunningham

Joanne Cunningham is a physiotherapist and implementation specialist with extensive experience in healthcare improvement, operational excellence and large-scale transformation programs. She has led improvement initiatives across health and other sectors and focuses on building capability to support sustainable change in complex settings.

The training is highly practical and designed to support participants to apply implementation science tools and frameworks to real-world healthcare improvement projects.

Participants are guided through implementation problems, barriers and enablers, implementation strategies, evaluation planning, sustainability and scale-up.
