Meet the Generator's 2024 Accelerator Startups!
Each year, the Generator welcomes 10 of the best and brightest high-potential, early-stage startups to participate in Monash's flagship Accelerator program.
The Generator’s Accelerator is Monash University's flagship program designed to challenge and nurture the most promising and talented founders, assisting them in scaling their startups.
Every year, we carefully select 10 high-potential early-stage ventures spanning various sectors to take part in a rigorous 4 month accelerator program, which will challenge them to scale their strategy and operations, develop them as entrepreneurial leaders, connect them with seasoned entrepreneurs, industry experts, investors as well as the broader startup ecosystem.
Our founders will learn from experts, mentors and Entrepreneurs-in-residence, who will help them refine and rigorously test their startup models.
To date, the Accelerator has provided support to over 100 Monash founders, including Additive Assurance, Ally Assist, Bushride, Dillicious, Merry People, Mindset Health, The Dough Co, Pory, Sonorus and Wonki.
If you have a startup, or even just an idea for a startup, the Generator has a program for every stage of the entrepreneurial journey. To get the latest updates on their programs, events and workshops and learn more about how the team at the Generator can help you, sign up to their newsletter.

Bare*ly Milk
Australia sends 35,000 tonnes of long-life aseptic cartons to landfills each year due to lack of recycling, a figure expected to rise to 90,000 tonnes by 2034 due to the growing plant-based milk market. This waste contributes to 18 million kg of CO2 emissions annually, requiring 900,000 trees for offsetting.
Bare*ly Milk are developing a powdered plant-based milk that eliminates the need for long-life cartons, offering a more sustainable packaging solution. Their powdered milk allows customers to add water themselves, extending shelf life and making it ideal for camping and travel.

Volo Medical
Volo Medical addresses the significant burden lymphoedema places on daily life through its current management options, which include compression garments, pneumatic pumps, and massage therapy. These solutions are often uncomfortable, difficult to use, and interfere with daily activities, leading many patients to skip treatment. Untreated lymphoedema can result in severe complications such as infections, pain, and irreversible skin changes.
Volo Medical’s novel device utilises electroactive polymer materials to provide controllable, active compression that’s effective, easy to use, slim, lightweight, portable, comfortable and discreet.
