Dr Paul Kalfadellis

Associate Director, PhD, Monash University

Paul Kalfadellis is a Lecturer and the Course Director for the Master of International Business in the Department of Management at Monash University. He is also the Course Director of the Master of International Business/Master of European and International Studies double degree. Paul has had extensive experience in both academia and industry. In 2007 he was awarded the Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence. His teaching strengths lie in international business and cross-cultural management communication. His research focus is in international business, specifically investigating the issue of location and the repeat investment of established foreign multinational enterprises (MNEs) within Australia. His research interests also lie in the areas of the political/economic history of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Australia and the area of cross-cultural communication.
