Clayton Halls of Residence
Halls of Residence
Each of our five Halls of Residence is home to around 150–200 students, creating a welcoming and connected community. You'll enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom alongside shared kitchens, bathrooms and comfortable communal spaces where it's easy to study, relax and connect with others.
The Halls of Residence are available in two layouts:
Corridor-style halls feature private bedrooms along shared hallways, with communal bathrooms and one or two shared kitchens on each floor, creating a vibrant and social living environment.
Available in Deakin Hall, Farrer Hall and Howitt Hall.
Stairway-style halls have approximately four private bedrooms on each level, with shared bathrooms, a kitchenette and access to a larger shared kitchen, offering a smaller community feel while still encouraging connection.
Available in Richardson Hall and Roberts Hall.
