Activities and events
Each hall offers its own unique program of events and activities, alongside accommodation-wide experiences that bring residents from across our community together. These experiences are a great way to meet new people, build friendships and develop a sense of belonging in your home.
We encourage you to get involved, try something new and make the most of everything residential life has to offer including:
- 🏆 Social sports: Get active, have fun and represent your hall through weekly inter-hall competitions, including football, netball, table tennis and more.
- 🍽️ Hall dinners and weekly supers: Come together over a shared meal, catch up with friends and enjoy quality time with your residential community.
- 🌏 Cultural activities: Celebrate the diversity of our community through events such as A Taste of the World, Holi, Lunar New Year and Ramadan, with opportunities to share traditions and discover new cultures.
- 🎉 Hall activities: From games and trivia nights to movie screenings and inter-hall competitions, enjoy a fun-filled calendar of activities organised by our volunteer Resident Advisors.
- 🤝 Community and volunteering opportunities: Make a positive impact through community gardening, charity events and volunteering opportunities that bring residents together while giving back to the wider community.
