2026 accommodation

Applications for accommodation in Semester two, 2026 can be submitted online for the Residential Village at both the Clayton and Peninsula campuses.

2027 accommodation

We recommend that you submit your online application for accommodation as early as possible once applications open. Applications will be assessed based on the date of their submission, in accordance with the Admissions Terms and Conditions.

There is no cost to submit an application for accommodation, and you can apply before receiving your Monash University course offer.
