Home to 150 self-contained studio apartments, as well as a limited number of shared apartments, Gillies Hall gives you greater privacy and independence while still being part of a welcoming residential community.

As Australia’s first student accommodation built to Passive House standards, Gillies Hall combines sustainable design with plenty of opportunities to connect. Common rooms and lounges, shared floor kitchens, a games room with pool and table tennis, a music room and outdoor BBQ area give residents a variety of spaces to cook, study, relax and spend time together.
