Thinking about living in a self-contained flat instead of a large hall? Clayton has a number of furnished flats on campus, each with two to five bedrooms. You’ll have your own private bedroom and share the kitchen, living area, and bathroom with your flatmates, the perfect mix of independence and community.

- Wardrobe and drawers
- Study desk, chair and shelving
- Heater and desk fan
- Clothes airer (drying rack)
- High-speed internet and telephone
Each flat includes shared:
- Kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave & refrigerator
- Dining table and chairs
- Lounge area with couches and coffee tables
- Shared bathroom with shower, toiler, wash basin and mirror
- High-speed internet
Residents across all shared flats also have access to:
- The Pavilion, a communal space for all residents to enjoy with a kitchen, lounge area, pool tables, table tennis, and a projector screen.

The South East Flats are located in a leafy setting on the south-eastern edge of Monash University’s Clayton campus. Set around landscaped outdoor spaces and overlooking a lake, the flats offer a relaxed residential environment while still being within easy walking distance of teaching spaces, libraries, cafés and other campus facilities.
