At Clayton, you can choose between two distinct residential communities. The Clayton Residential Village offers a social, shared living experience through Halls of Residence and shared flats, while the Clayton Urban Community offers greater privacy and independence with modern apartment-style living.

Whichever option you choose, you’ll have your own private bedroom, access to shared residential facilities and opportunities to connect with other residents and take part in residential life activities and events.

Students studying at any Monash campus can apply for accommodation at Clayton, with the free inter-campus shuttle bus making it easy to travel between campuses.
