Project background and aims
The project aims to explore the notion of access to justice and impacts of changes, developments and innovations in civil justice including no-win-no-charge, class actions, litigation funding, pro bono and more government assistance through the internet.
Methodology
The analysis will combine traditional legal doctrinal with an online survey of the access to civil justice of average Australians.
