We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or EFT. Your invoice will automatically be generated upon enrollment and credit card payment can be made online immediately or at a later date. Course fees are due four weeks before the program starts.

Changes can be made to registration up to four weeks before the course begins. To do this, please contact us.
Generally, yes. Depending on the program requirements, substitutes may attend a program in place of another person but notice must be given in writing to Monash Business School via email.
The proposed substitute will be subject to the same selection or registration process as the original candidate.
Substitutions may incur an administration fee of $250.
If you cancel your registration 28 calendar days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund of fees.
Cancellation up to 14 calendar days allows us to refund 50% of your fees.
Generally, if less than 14 calendar days’ notice of cancellation is given, fees are not refunded. But if you need to cancel at short notice, give us a call, and we'll work to get you into another Corporate Education course within two years of the original registration.
Monash Business School reserves the right to cancel a Monash Corporate Education short course and will provide participants with as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation, any fees already paid by the participant will be refunded.

After enrolling in one of our short courses, you will get a registration confirmation email.
Following this, you can expect an email from our team 10 days before the course state date.
This will provide you with information on any pre-work that needs to be completed before the course starts, and anything you need to bring with you.
Each short course has a unique timetable, which will be shared with you in a welcome email 3 to 4 weeks before the course start date.
Our 2024 in-person short courses will be held at Monash Conference Centre, 30 Collins St, Melbourne, 3000.
If you are using public transport, the nearest train station is Parliament Station (Macarthur St exit). If travelling by tram, the nearest stop number is 9, located on Collins St at the intersection of Spring St.
If travelling by car, discounted parking is available at First Parking, Collins Place, 28 Flinders Lane, located directly under Hotel Sofitel.
You need to present your parking ticket to the ground floor security/concierge (30 Collins St) for validation to receive the discounted rate (estimated $18).
