Monash Business School reserves the right to cancel a Monash Corporate Education short course and will provide participants with as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation, any fees already paid by the participant will be refunded.
Course withdrawal
Changes can be made to registration more than four weeks before the program begins by contacting us.
If you cancel your registration 28 calendar days before the start date of the program, you will receive a full refund of fees. Cancellation up to 14 calendar days allows us to refund 50% of your fees. Generally, with less than 14 calendar days, there’s no refund of fees. But give us a call, and we’ll work to get you into another Corporate Education course within two years of the original registration.
Substitutions
Depending on the course requirements, substitutes may attend a program in place of another person but notice must be given in writing to Monash Business School via email. The proposed substitute will be subject to the same selection or registration process as the original candidate. Substitutions may incur an administration fee of $250.
