COVID-19 and the consumer: Shaping our digital experience
The highly successful Monash Marketing Business Breakfast, hosted by the Monash Business School Department of Marketing for more than 15 years, will again be held as a webinar, due to current COVID restrictions in Victoria.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, businesses have responded by adapting and innovating to retain and attract customers. Online consumer activity has accelerated amid the move to grow a digital footprint and deliver more meaningful consumer experiences. But are these changes sustainable? Have new consumer behavioural norms been created? Are businesses genuinely committed to change, or is their investment fleeting or marginal?
We invite you to join this timely discussion featuring industry experts:
- Sanj Perera, Partner, Deloitte
- Stephanie Atto, Lead Consulting Researcher, Australian Consumer Retail Studies, Monash University
- Dr Dwayne Crombie, Managing Director, Health Services, Bupa Asia Pacific.
Please note this is a paid event, with an admission cost of $25.
