Joining a Zoom call

1. On the touch panel, select VC Mode.
2. Press the Zoom button to dial into the Zoom portal.
3. Using the In Conference Keypad:
   1. key in the Meeting ID and passcode
   2. press 1 to bring up additional Zoom features on screen
   3. press the number on the keypad for the required feature.

Sending content over Zoom

1. Press Send Content.
2. In the left-hand pane, select your source that you want to display.
3. Press Primary Stream to begin sharing content.

Audio controls

• PRESENTER MUTE will stop audio from all microphones.
• SPEAKER MUTE will stop audio from the conference call into the theatre.

Toggle the +/- volume bar to adjust audio of the other participants.

Duplicating content on screen

To display the shared content on both screens in the room:

1. Press Advanced Controls.
2. Under Display Allocation, select Alternative.
