If you’re a guest or visitor to the University, you can print from your personal computer to multi-function printers in our libraries. These printers can also be used to copy and scan to email.
To pay for printing or copying, you’ll need an M-Pass card, which you can top up with credit at kiosks in our libraries.
- University Library members can use their new Library Member card
- Non-library members need to purchase a Guest M-Pass
Visitors at the University who are not a current student, staff or library member, can purchase a Guest M-Pass at self service kiosks in the libraries.
A Guest M-Pass costs $7 for the card and you'll need to add additional funds for printing and copying. You'll need a credit or debit card for payment - cash is not accepted. Add only what you need as we can’t refund any unused funds on your card.
You can re-use this card, so don't throw it away. Your credit will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
No personal information is held or stored on your card. For full details, see the terms and conditions of use.
Print from your personal computer
Guests and visitors to Monash can print using a personal computer to multi-function printers in our libraries.
Before you can use our print, copy or scan facilities, you’ll need to register your details on our web print system. You’ll only need to do this once.
Save the link to web-print.monash.edu/guest in your browser for the next time you need to use the University’s print facilities.
Once you’ve submitted your print job, locate your nearest free printer and tap your M-Pass card on the card reader. Follow the prompts to print and pay for your document(s).
