To pay for printing, scanning and copying at Monash, you need to have credit in your M-Pass account. Here’s how to view your balance and add credit to your M-Pass account.

Visit printing for guests to learn more about obtaining and registering a Guest M-Pass card.

Guest cards can only be topped up online. Follow these instructions to add credit to your Guest M-Pass card:

  1. Go to the M-Pass account page.
  2. Click Make a Sponsor Deposit.
  3. Complete the Last/Family Name and Customer Number fields – what you enter depends on the type of card you have:
    • Guest M-Pass card (matching the example below): Enter card in the Last/Family Name field, and the Customer Number (on the front of your card).
A Monash guest M-Pass card, displaying a customer number and the word guest in capitals underneath the Monash M device.
    • Library Member card (matching the example below): Enter member in the Last/Family Name field, and the Customer Number (on the front of your card).
A library member M-Pass card. The card has the Monash logo and the words library member in capitals above a barcode.

Once you've done that, click Contribute.

  4. Enter a deposit amount and click Next.
  5. Fill in your credit card payment details and click Submit.
  6. Check the details are correct and click Make Deposit.
  7. Enter email address and click on Send Receipt if you would like a copy of the transaction.

You can view your current credit balance by logging into your PaperCut account. Your credit will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
