Monash Law has a proud history of successful mooting which has been boosted by our state-of-the-art Moot Court. We offer students a variety of mooting opportunities and supports their participation in a number of prestigious mooting competitions.

Moot Court for hire

Located on the ground level of the Law Building at Clayton Campus, the moot court offers a unique learning environment that can be used for court room preparation, small group training, board meetings and more.

Moot Court for research

The Future Courts Research Platform supports and enables a wide variety of research and projects based on the impact of technology on the court and legal systems. This platform is dedicated to educating the next generation of legal service providers.

History of the Moot Court

The Monash Law Moot Court was opened on 2 August 2017 by Vice-Chancellor Professor Margaret Gardner AO.
