John Kyle REDMOND (1947- )

Professor Redmond graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the Central School of Art and Design and a Master of Arts from the Royal College of Art.

Early career

Professor Redmond was foundation dean of the Department of Industrial Design, University of New South Wales from 1975 to1993.

Monash career

Professor Redmond joined Monash as Director of Monash University College of Art and Design in 1993 and was appointed founding dean of the Faculty of Art and Design in 1998.
