The information in this database has been transcribed from the University's published graduation ceremony programs.
Search for details of graduation ceremonies held by:
- Monash University from 1963 to 1990
- Caulfield Institute of Technology and Chisholm Institute of Technology from 1968 to 1990
- Frankston Teachers' College and State College of Victoria Frankston from 1960 to 1981
- Gippsland Institute of Advanced Education from 1970 to 1990
- Victorian College of Pharmacy from 1968 to 1990
Details include name of graduate, degree/diploma awarded and date award was conferred. TAFE awards are not included in this database.
The date given is the date an award was conferred and is not indicative of the date course requirements were met. Students who have qualified for an award but have not had it conferred will not be found in this database.
If the name you are searching for had more than one given name (i.e. middle names) printed in the graduation ceremony program, then you will need to enter ALL given names, as was printed in the program. In some cases, only a middle initial was printed in the program. If you do not know if one or more given names or a given name with a middle initial were printed in the program, or a search result using one given name yields no results, you will need to try a couple of alternative searches. Try searching using the given name with the Family/Last Name, then all given names with the Family/Last Name, then the given name and a middle initial with the Family/Last Name. e.g. Mary Citizen, Mary Jane Citizen or Mary J Citizen.
