- Clean external BBQ's and the surrounding area
- Vacuum carpet areas
- Clean main common room and projector room
- Clean all foyers, lounges and common areas
- Clean all stairways
- Clean glass windows and doors
- Sweep external pathways, as required
- Restock hand sanitiser, as required
Briggs, Campbell, Holman, Jackomos, Logan and Turner Halls
- Clean external BBQ's and the surrounding area
- Vacuum all carpet areas
- Clean all foyers and stairways
- Clean main common room and projector room
- Clean glass windows and doors
- Restock hand sanitiser, as required
Shared Accommodation (South East Flats, Roberts Stairway 9, Urban Community 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and Peninsula Residential Village)
Once or twice per week excluding public holidays
Flat cleaning tasks
- Wipe down with disinfectant all high touch areas. E.g. public door handles etc.
- Spot vacuum or mop the lounge area and passages
- Clean kitchen area
- Clean toilets and showers
- Clean common room (Pavilion) - including rubbish removal
Communal facility tasks
- Spot vacuum or mop the stairway and passage
- Wipe down high touch surfaces
- Clean communal laundries
- Restock hand sanitiser, as required
Daily cleaning tasks
Deakin, Farrer, Howitt, Richardson and Roberts Halls
5- 7 days a week excluding public holiday periods.
- Wipe down with disinfectant all high touch areas. E.g. lift buttons, public door handles etc.
- Restock paper towel & toilet paper in public spaces in public spaces
- Collect and dispose of all rubbish in bins
- Clean all kitchens
- Clean all laundries
- Clean all showers
- Clean all public toilet areas
- Clean phone booth and mail box areas
- Spot vacuum all public areas as required

5 days per week excluding public holiday periods.
- Wipe down with disinfectant all high touch areas. E.g. lift buttons, public door handles etc.
- Distribute toilet rolls, hand towels as required for public spaces.
- Clean all lounges and common areas
- Clean mail box and foyer areas
- Collect and dispose of all rubbish in public areas
- Clean all public toilet areas
- Spot vacuum all public areas as required
- Clean all laundries
