The Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music and Performance warmly invites high school and tertiary string players to participate in a day of masterclasses and music making with Monash string teachers and members of the Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra. Come and join us for a day of string playing! Our String Day is a great opportunity to get some feedback on VCE and AMEB repertoire, and to benefit from the insights of some top performers and Monash string teachers. There will be a side-by-side open rehearsal and performance with the Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra, led by Rachael Beesley. Secondary school and tertiary students are warmly invited to participate, watch, and perform in the events throughout the day.
