CSMARThe China Stock Market & Accounting Research (CSMAR) Database offers data on the China stock markets and the financial statements of China’s listed companies.

CRSP - Mutual Funds As the provider of the only complete database of both active and inactive mutual funds, CRSP leads the way in mutual fund research. The CRSP Survivor-Bias-Free US Mutual Fund Database serves as a foundation for research in and benchmarking for this asset class. Central to this work is the use of survivor-bias-free data to insure the accuracy of performance benchmarks, and the validity of analyses. Created according to clear, unbiased and systematic processes, this database undergoes rigorous procedures employed to promote data accuracy, timeliness and consistency.
CRSP -security priceSecurity price, return, and volume data for the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stock markets. Additional CRSP files provide stock indices, beta-based and cap-based portfolios, treasury bond and risk-free rates, mutual funds, and real estate data.

CBOE IndexesCBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) Volatility Index® (VIX®) is a key measure of market expectations of near-term volatility conveyed by S&P 500 stock index option prices. The New VIX still measures the market’s expectation of 30-day volatility, but in a way that conforms to the latest thinking and research among industry practitioners. The New VIX is based on S&P 500 index option prices and incorporates information from the volatility “skew” by using a wider range of strike prices rather than just at-the-money series.
WRDS SEC Analytics SuiteSEC Analytics Suite by WRDS with NEW SEC Sentiment and Readability data is positioned for broad business usage – from due diligence and forensic accounting to disclosure research and investment management.
MF Links via WRDSBy Russ Wermers (UMD) & WRDS. The MFLINKS tables provide a reliable means to link CRSP Mutual Fund (MFDB) data that covers mutual fund performance, expenses, and related information to equity holdings data in the Thomson Reuters Mutual Fund Ownership data (formerly known as the CDA S12 data). Using MFLINKS allows a researcher to gather detail on holdings either for particular funds or fund families and groups of funds at specific points in time.
Global Financial Development DatabaseThe Global Financial Development Database is an extensive dataset of financial system characteristics for 214 economies.
Global Financial DataEquities, stock indices,  bonds, bills, commodities, and exchange rates for over 200 global markets as far back as 1601.
Trucost EnvironmentalData on environmental impact for over 15,000 companies globally from 2002-2023. Trucost provides firms’ scope 1, scope 2, and scope 3 carbon emissions. Trucost obtains data from a variety of public sources such as company annual reports, company websites and environmental data providers such as the Carbon Disclosure Project. If a company does not voluntarily disclose its emissions, then Trucost estimates them based on a proprietary model.
S&P ESG ScoresS&P ESG scores for all firms in the Capital IQ universe from 2013-2023. This dataset contains aggregate ESG scores as well as separate scores for environment, social, and government dimensions. S&P ESG scores also contains more granular data on criteria that make up each dimension. Data is based on the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) process and publicly available sources.
MarkitMarkit contains data on securities lending markets. For each security, data includes the number and value on loan, the total lendable amount and value, and various measures of borrowing costs. Monash has access to global equities and bonds datasets. Data coverage for each sample and country varies.
Nielsen IQConsumer Panel: The Consumer Panel Data comprise a representative panel of households that continually provide information about their purchases in a longitudinal study in which panellists stay on as long as they continue to meet NielsenIQ's criteria. NielsenIQ consumer panellists use in-home scanners to record all of their purchases (from any outlet) intended for personal, in-home use. Consumers provide information about their households and what products they buy, as well as when and where they make purchases.

Retail Scanner Data: Retail Scanner Data consist of weekly pricing, volume, and store environment information generated by point-of-sale systems from more than 90 participating retail chains across all US markets. 
Your EconomyYE Time Series is an annual establishment-level, time series database. YE tracks all establishments, including for-profit (both privately-owned and publicly-traded), non-profits, and government establishments. Data includes location of the establishment, as well as, among other variables, number of employees and revenue. Data begins in 2004 and is for the US only.
