The Monash Business School Dean’s Leaders Forum series attracts distinguished heads of business who generously share their insights and experiences. Through practical knowledge and their own personal stories, guest speakers explore what makes a great leader and the challenges of leading in a complex and ever-evolving operating landscape.
In 2025, we continue our series theme Born local, gone global, featuring the leaders of renowned Melbourne brands that have achieved international success.
Each event will include a moderated discussion with our guest speaker and a Q&A session, providing attendees with key insights and a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities of taking a business to the global market.
The Forum series is hosted by Professor Simon Wilkie, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics and Head of Monash Business School.
