Module 5: Courageous conversations
- Managing conflict with kindness
- Repairing ruptures in trust
- Identifying and refining your personal conflict style
Module 6: Bringing it all together
- Reflecting on your leadership growth
- Group coaching to prioritise actionable change
How you'll learn
- Face-to-face sessions: Three immersive learning days featuring interactive activities and group reflections
- Check-in session: A 1.5-hour online session three months later to reflect on your progress and plan next steps.
