Katrina JohnsonLearning from an Indigenous perspective

"We approach learning through our Indigenous perspectives, building individual and group Indigenous Business Leadership knowledge systems that incorporate our ways of doing business with western business concepts. We weave traditional learning elements throughout the course to mirror lessons from our Ancestors, Elders and Leaders. Coming together as mob is a crucial element to the success of how we learn in the Master of Indigenous Leadership program. It provides a rich environment grounded in connection and solidarity."

– Katrina Johnson, Gooreng Gooreng woman and Senior Lecturer of Monash Business School's Master of Indigenous Business Leadership
