Steven Carew is a Managing Director at Hayfin Capital Management, a leading alternative asset management firm, where he brings more than 30 years of experience in investment management, governance, and financial strategy.

He has extensive experience in the asset management industry, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director at Equity Trustees and as Chief Investment Officer at JANA Investment Advisers Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest institutional investment consulting firms. His areas of expertise include asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management, manager research and selection, and the design of superannuation investment options and member products.
