Manual Machining Bay
A manual machining toolroom, supported by skilled technical staff, provides users with the ability to mill, turn, and drill high-precision parts.
Prerequisite training
- Makerspace Project Studios General Induction.
- Chisholm Tafe Industry Skills Course - This is a bespoke program run specifically for Monash Engineering students, please contact us for more information.
Access
- You must attend and complete the Makerspace Machining Bay induction and skills training session to gain approval to work in this area.
- This area is only available during Makerspace staffed opening hours - weekdays between 8am - 6pm.
- Makerspace manufacturing areas are closed in the evenings, on university public holidays and over the weekends.
