Monash BrewLab
A space for students to experiment with fermentation processes, BrewLab at Monash University is Australia's first student-led nano-brewery; combining a love for brewing beer and kombucha with a passion for engineering and design. This unique environment allows students to learn, design, and operate a nano-scale brewery on campus, gaining hands-on experience while perfecting their craft for beer competitions.
