iQue® 3 Screener
The iQue® Advanced Flow Cytometer allows researchers to acquire and analyse high content, multiplexed assays needed to assess immune cell function by combining cell immuno-phenotyping, cell health, and secreted protein (cytokine) analysis in every well of a microtiter plate. You can accelerate your research by resolving complex cellular research questions via multiplexed analysis in a single well.
The instrument in MADP is equipped with red, violet and blue lasers for multicolour analysis.
Speed
Patented, rapid microvolume sampling processes 96 well plates in as few as 5 minutes or 384 well plates in 20 minutes.
Samples are delivered to detectors in an air-gap delimited stream, so an entire plate of data can be processed at one time.
Miniaturisation
Precious samples and reagents are conserved by sampling as little as a single microlitre from miniaturised assay volumes.

iQue Forecyt® Software
The integrated iQue Forecyt® software addresses the analysis bottlenecks associated with multi-parametric data generation by enabling rapid data visualisation and interpretation.
Tools such as profile maps, auto-generated IC50/EC50 curves, and analysis templates do the analysis for you at the end of the run. Next-level analysis can be performed using the Panorama feature which enables the instant analysis and re-analysis if necessary of multiple plates even if run on separate days.
Data analysis times can be reduced from days to minutes by having all of your data analysed as soon as the plate is done sampling.
