As Deputy CFO and Executive Director, Corporate Finance Division, Ms Natalia Hawkins is responsible for Strategic Procurement, Finance Strategy and Operations, Group Accounting & Taxation, Revenue & Research Accounting Services, and Insurance Services.
During her career, Ms Hawkins has worked for various public and private sector organisations in senior finance leadership positions across education, consulting, engineering and manufacturing sectors. Her extensive and diverse finance leadership experience includes developing and implementing financial services strategies, ERP implementation, business improvement and change management, funding of large capital projects, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms Hawkins comes from RMIT University, a large, multi-faceted, international tertiary operations. Ms Hawkins is passionate about the higher education sector and brings to Monash a deep respect and understanding of the industry and its complexities.
Ms Hawkins’ qualifications and professional accreditations include a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Professional Accounting; she is also a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
