Winnie is a Portfolio Manager at Care Super, responsible for the strategic asset allocation of all options, as well as managing the portfolio construction and risk management processes.

Before joining Care Super, Winnie worked in a similar capacity at HESTA and was involved with dynamic asset allocation, rebalancing, and liquidity risk management. Prior to her career in the superannuation industry, Winnie worked across equity research, investment management, and institutional banking in Asia and Australia, and founded a social enterprise to solve the challenge of accessible travel.

Winnie's dedication to the finance industry is further evidenced by her active roles in professional organisations. She serves on the National Committee of the CFA Society of Australia, focusing on the university engagement strategy. Her previous role was on the Board of the CFA Society Melbourne. Additionally, she is an engaged member of the Compliance Connection at the CFA Institute.
