Emeritus Professor Joe Isaac has long been one of Australia's most distinguished scholars and practitioners in the field of industrial relations. He has made very significant contributions to the fields of economics, industrial relations policy and practice, dispute settlement, and social and economic development.
Golda was a well-known botanist who also worked at Monash and was made a lifelong member of the Friends of Botanical Gardens for her lifelong work. Professor Isaac and his late wife Golda had been long-standing supporters of the Business School and Professor Isaac continues to be a much-valued member of our community.

The student must have accepted an offer of admission in the Monash Business School and their research must be in the field of industrial relations or human resources or a related field.
