Physical wellbeing

We strive to help you make physical activity a regular part of your day. We understand that physical activity can be one of the hardest things to include in our busy lives, so we make sure that staff have a variety of opportunities to get active during the day, in the style that best suits you.

  • Join us at the Monash 10,000 Steps Challenge and Monash Walk & Fun Run
  • Staff Wellbeing Activity Program (SWAP) providing subsidised Group Fitness Classes such as Yoga, Pilates and High Intensity Training
