Occupational wellbeing
The Occupational Health Department within Monash University is devoted to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for faculty, staff, students, and visitors. As part of the broader Health, Safety and Wellbeing Department, we work with the University ‘s OHS team, Wellbeing team and the community to implement strategies to prevent, detect and mitigate occupational diseases and injuries, provide regular health surveillance, and prepare for emergencies and pandemics. Key roles within the department, such as the Occupational Health Nurses and the Occupational Physicians, focus on health promotion, case management, and policy development, ensuring the wellbeing and productivity of the University community.
