Media Release Form

This media form is to be filled out by anyone taking part in media, photography or videography at Monash Sport-owned facilities or by any school teacher on behalf of any aquatic school groups. All media photoshoots, including photography and videography, must be approved by Monash Sport prior to taking place.

Parking at Monash Sport

There are a number of parking options available at Monash Sport. Depending on where you park, you may require a parking permit or casual metered parking. For community members of Monash Sport, permits are available. Contact us to find out more.

At the Clayton and Peninsula campuses you can apply for a Monash Sport vPermit. This can be done through the vPermit portal. You can only apply for this type of permit if you have a valid Monash Sport membership and are not a Monash University student or staff member.
Monash Sport parking permits are valid in Blue permit areas at the specified campus.
Another option is using OPark to pay for your parking in casual meter parking areas. This is on a pay-as-you-use basis by starting and stopping a parking session. There are three ways to register and manage your parking:
1. Download the app from the App Store (on iPhone) or the Google Play Store (on Android).
2. Visit opark.com.au
3. Call OPark on (03) 6160 1012 or emailsupport@opark.com.au
As an alternative to using OPark, you can also pay for parking at a meter located in one of the car parks. This is on a pre-paid basis, paying for the time you need before leaving the car park.

Caulfield Plaza Redevelopment Project: Parking update
Caulfield Plaza will undergo an exciting revitalisation project commencing this August and reopen in 2025. From Monday 14 August, parking spaces at the Plaza will be unavailable during the redevelopment period. Alternate parking can be found within the Building J Multi-level parking lot at the Caulfield campus or along Sir John Monash Drive. Within the Multi-level parking lot, Monash Sport members, user groups and visitors are offered free parking free parking access on level 7, at the top of the multi-level car park at the following times:
- Monday to Friday after 4pm - free parking permitted
- Weekends - free 1.5 hour parking permitted
See below for downloadable maps for each campus that Monash Sport operates on. These include locations of parking areas indicated by colour (permit areas are indicated in blue, meter areas are indicated in pink).
Parking regulations apply based on days and hours specified on parking signs. If you are visiting outside of these regulated hours you do not require a permit or metered parking session.
Note that if no days or times are displayed on the signs, the regulations apply at all times.
