SSAF Rebate offering - further information:

You must be an active Monash University student, must have held or currently hold an eligible Monash Sport student membership for at least 3 months in the 2022 academic year, not available to members already receiving a discounted Monash Sport membership rate (this includes MRS/Mannix and salary sacrifice members, promotional members, etc).

The rebate is not available to those already receiving another sports membership discount. Although there are two distinct application periods, successful applicants will only be paid once during the calendar year. i.e. a student is only eligible to receive one rebate per year. Applications will be processed twice per calendar year, at the conclusion of each Semester.

Can the $50 rebate payment be deducted from my Monash Sport membership fees? No. Rebate payments are controlled and allocated from SSAF funding by the University central finance team and not by Monash Sport. Payments are made directly to students upon application via the online registration website.

I have an MRS/Mannix Student membership. Am I eligible for the rebate? No. MRS/Mannix students already receive discounted membership off the normal student rate of membership. To be eligible for the Monash Sport SSAF Student Membership Subsidy students need to have paid the full student rate of membership and meet the above criteria. Applications for Semester 2 will close on Friday 25 November 2022. Students will be contacted with an outcome of their application if eligible for a rebate.
