Fixtures, Ladders and Results
For all fixtures ladders and results click here. See our current social sport timetable here. Week 1 fixtures will become available 48 hours prior to the competition commencement.
Matchday procedures
Teams should arrive at the venue 15 minutes before their game time. Weekly fees need to be paid to the Monash Sport venue's service desk before your game at which point you will pick up a receipt which you give to the umpire before your match can commence. Please ensure your team is ready to play as soon as the game before you is completed as late teams will be penalised and will forfeit the game if they are more than 10 minutes late.
Bags should not be left around the edge of the court as it is dangerous for players. Therefore bags should be left outside the hall or preferably not brought along at all. Do not bring valuables - if you don't need them, don't bring them. No food or drink is allowed in the hall. Any teams found to be leaving rubbish behind may be suspended from the competition. For Caulfield participants, bags are to be placed in Monash Sport lockers and are not to be left on the edge of the courts
Evening competition durations
- Mixed and Women's Netball - 9-minute quarters with a 2-minute halftime.
- Indoor Soccer - 18-minute halves with a 2-minute halftime.
- Basketball - 17-minute halves with a quick 1-minute halftime drink break.
Grading
Grading will take place in competitions where there are enough teams to be divided into divisions. In such competitions, the opening round(s) will be used for grading purposes where umpires, referees and competition management will determine seedings. Competition structure and fixturing details will be outlined to Captains prior to season commencement.
Finals
In competitions with 8 teams or more, there will be a 2-week final format, where teams in ladder positions 1-8 will participate. In competitions with less than 8 teams, teams placed 1-4 will participate in a 2-week format. Further Finals fixture information will be communicated to team Captains and can be subject to change.
Awards
The number of teams to receive awards at the end of the season will be determined by the total number of entries. In most competitions, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams will receive awards for up to 8 players. Additional awards can be purchased for teams with more than 8 players.
