Mindful May
Happy Mindful May!
Take a look at the free Monash Sport initiatives on offer throughout the month of May. Try a free group fitness class or online workout, take part in the Wings for Life App Run or tune out in one of our mindful zones. Plus don't forget we offer 3 Day trials and loads of mindfulness tips across our Facebook and Instagram stories daily throughout May.
Our mindful zones provide free access to mindful activities to help you re-centre and re-charge. Clear your mind and find balance in journaling, mindful colouring, meditation or our miniature Japanese raking gardens.
