Caulfield and Peninsula Group Fitness Classes:

  • Group Fitness participants must collect a class ticket from the Monash Sport service desk.
  • Group Fitness classes run for 45 minutes.
  • Group Fitness participants must bring their own mat to each group fitness class.
  • If you are a non-Monash Sport member, please arrive ahead of the class to allow enough time to sign our waiver forms.

Reformer Pilates, ground floor, Menzies Building Clayton Campus:

  • Classes run for 45 minutes.
  • Reformer socks are recommended; however, not compulsory and not provided.
  • No registration is needed; however, spots are limited. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the class start time. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A waiver form must be completed upon arrival.
  • Participants must not have previously attended a reformer class at Monash Sport.

In partnership with Monash Centre of Consciousness and Contemplative Studies, Monash University Library, Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music and Monash Wellbeing; we have created a calendar of programs and services that are available for Monash staff and students to join for free.

Mega Pilates glow event at Peninsula!

Surrounded by ambient glow lighting, this energising event strengthens your core, increases flexibility, and restores balance to body and mind. Whether you're new to Pilates or experienced, this immersive once-off event is the perfect way to unwind, recharge, move with intention, and take home your own free Pilates mat at our Peninsula mega event!
