Our counsellors

Our counsellors listen without judgement. They'll work with you to help you find the cause of the problem and identify solutions or ways to cope. They can also refer you to other services if you need them.

You can speak to a counsellor who's a man or a woman, or an Ally (a counsellor trained in the needs of LGBTIQA+ people).

Check out our counselling team to see who is available to help.

What to expect

At your first session, you'll talk with your counsellor so they can decide how best to help you. This session is up to 60 minutes, and you may need a further appointment.

For further details, see while you're waiting for a counselling appointment (pdf, 0.2 mb).
