Digital documents are available to Monash students through My eQuals, a secure and trusted provider of certified digital documents.
My eQuals is used by universities throughout Australia and New Zealand. It allows you to securely share your documents online with anyone, including employers and other universities.

You can buy the following documents in digital format:
When you graduate, you’ll be awarded digital graduation documents as well as a hard copy award certificate (testamur). Your free certified digital copies last forever and you'll be able to provide these instantly for employment or study applications.

- if you completed your course less than 12 months ago, selected student letters (you need an active Monash account, so after that time, you’ll only be able to buy hard copy letters).
- a copy of your academic record (transcript).
