Share your digital badge

You’ve worked hard to earn this digital badge – it’s time to share it with the world!

Sharing your badge online is as easy as using a unique URL. You may also share it directly on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and more, as well as embed it in a website or email signature.

A prospective employer can click on your badge to view all the details of your achievement.

AHEGS and academic records (transcripts)

Most co-curricular programs are included on your AHEGS, which you receive after you graduate from your course. The badge itself won't be included. Digital badges can be awarded while you’re still studying, so you don’t have to wait until your course finishes to include them on your CV or LinkedIn. While the Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) given to students at the time of course graduation records a student’s formal academic achievements, it does not include digital badges.

Monash’s Flagship Rich Educational Experiences (FREE) units, like MIG and GIG, are included in your academic record and AHEGs, along with any other units completed as part of a course.

Other features

Security and privacy

Credly’s digital credentialing platform is based on the Digital Badge Standards, maintained by IMS Global.

While badges are digital image files, they are uniquely linked to data hosted on the Credly platform. This link to verified data makes them more reliable and secure than a paper-based certificate. It also eliminates the possibility of anyone claiming your credential and your associated identity.

If you don’t want your digital badge made public

You can easily configure your privacy settings in Credly. You’re in complete control of the information about yourself that is made public.
