Financial assistance for UN-sponsored students

If you’re a student sponsored by a United Nations program, you may be eligible for financial assistance to study at Monash University.

With a United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) or United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) fellowship, for example, you may apply for a tuition or living stipend. Or, if you’re sponsored by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), you may apply for financial support through development programs or staff education schemes.

Apply directly through the relevant agency or program for this type of support. And make sure to submit your application early so you don’t miss a tuition fee deadline.

When you apply for financial assistance from a United Nations program, Monash will complete your required forms once you provide them. For example, you may need to submit a Certificate of School Attendance and Costs and Receipt for Payments. The forms you need to submit will depend on the type of aid you’re requesting.
