About your application to graduate

You can check the status of your application and make changes by logging in to the Graduation Portal and clicking Edit application.

Research degree students

If you've already been conferred, you can’t use WES to check on or update your application. You'll need to submit an enquiry through MoVA.

For all graduation enquiries, contact Monash Connect or message us through MoVA.

Malaysia students

Accessibility enquiries

Accessibility requirements are unique, and therefore managed personally on a case-by-case basis. Message Monash Connect to discuss your needs.

Confidentiality

University policy prevents staff from giving information to a third party. We can only speak to you about your graduation, unless you give permission.
