How to make a complaint

How you make a complaint depends on what your complaint concerns.

Informal and formal processes

Proceed with the stages below if your complaint concerns a faculty, student admin, admissions, graduate research or one of these service areas:

  • Buildings and Property
  • Graduations
  • Library
  • Monash Residential Services
  • Scholarships
  • University Health Services.

When making a complaint, always first try to resolve the issue informally (stages 1 and 2) before going ahead with a formal process (stages 3, 4 and 5).
