Cristian Costa

Cristian's journey so far has had him in and out of Monash since 2014, He was an engineering student, then a real engineer for a bit, and now back at Monash as a PhD candidate. His current work looks at how we can 3D print metals in ways that make them survive in harsh environments as well as the components we currently use.

When he's not studying or working you can find Cristian at the local roller rink, out skating on the victorian trails, or five hours deep in a video game. He has also recently got into 3D printing as a hobby and proud to say he has only broken his printer once!

In his time as a student he was fortunate enough to be a part of all three Clayton campus colleges and can safely say that colleges with him in them win the cup at least 60% of the time.
